I have stayed in a few creepy cabins in a few creepy woods myself. One such stay, in the summer of 1990, went a little something like this:

I really enjoyed recognizing actors and themes (hello big angry gods!) from Whedon's other projects. The premise of unleashing horror cliches and monsters was brilliant. However, I kinda wish the big angry gods had been something else and I didn't like the big angry god hand at the end. [This comment brought to you by the phrase "big angry gods".]
